• Neepawa Area Collegiate is trying to establish a Parent Advisory Council and we would like to invite all parents and community members to an upcoming meeting on February 1st.  We have the executive director coming from the Manitoba Association of Parent Councils to speak to all parents about how to form a positive, productive and meaningful parent council.  The meeting is at 6:30 on Wednesday February 1st in the NACI library.  We hope to see a number of parents and community members at the meeting to see if there is some way that they could be involved in our school community.

• The hockey team plays Hamiota Wednesday night in round #1 of the play-offs.  Game time is 7:00.

• The Gr. 7 & 8 boys traveled to Minnedosa on Tuesday.  The Gr. 7’s won a hard fought battle and the Gr. 8’s lost 31-23

• No curling this week

• Club Volleyball practice on Monday 5:00 – 7:00; Tuesday 3:30 – 5:30; Wednesday 5:30 – 7:30.  Parent Meeting is on Monday at 7:00pm.

• There will be no track practices THIS WEEK due to exams.

• The Adrenaline Adventure Field Trip has been rescheduled for Feb. 24^th.  Participation forms are available outside Mrs. Hayhurst’s classroom.  Please hand in your forms and money as soon as possible if you are interested in going.

• The Neepawa Curling Club is having a Youth Bonspiel on February 12^th with 2 Divisions – 17 & under and 14 & under. See Mrs. Nordstrom for more information.
